A Simple Process

At I-PRAC it’s our mission to protect holidaymakers and travellers from holiday rental fraud. By submitting your details for our free property check, you will receive tailored advice and guidance from industry experts. 

Once you have found a villa or apartment, all you need to do is share the details with I-PRAC. We will then conduct a series of checks and let you know if we believe the property is safe to book.

If you would like to benefit from a No Fraud Guarantee, our Register Your Booking service allows you to register your booking with an I-PRAC member to receive a certificate of guarantee, entitling you to compensation in the unlikely event you have fallen victim to fraud.
