As we continue to navigate through these difficult times, and full recovery of the Short Term Rental Sector still seems premature , I-PRAC continue to support the industry and confirm a second rebuild initiative. I-PRAC New Initiative Annual Membership Prices for NEW members.
Period Of Initiative (1st March 2021 – 28th February 2023)
Agency Membership and Approval which is normally £899.00 per year, Is now fixed at £499.50 per year.
Private Owner Membership and Approval which is normally £399.00 per year, Is now fixed at £199.50 per year.
If you are ready to apply to become I-PRAC approved, you can go to: https://www.i-prac.com/become-approved/ then choose your category of membership and start your application. Once you have started and typed in your email, you will be asked if you have a payment waive code, this is where you will type in your code REBUILD21, which allows you to join for 50% discount.
Once you have submitted your application and our approval team complete the approval process, you will be sent an email confirming your approval along with the invoice, once the invoice has been paid we will officially confirm your approval status and you will receive your confirmation along with your I-PRAC logo, I-PRAC Certificate, Live I-PRAC Profile.

Guests are looking to book with trusted and professional operators of the Short Term Rental Industry, and by showcasing you are a member of I-PRAC and you are approved by the International Property Rental Approval Certification will allow you not only to showcase trust to your potential guest, you will also increase your booking conversion rate by up to 40% by becoming I-PRAC approved.
Now more than ever, short-term rental businesses are having to focus on sustainability and consumer confidence to remain afloat. As a result of COVID-19, the entire travel and hospitality industry continue to struggle, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel.
That’s why I-PRAC have launched their second COVID-19 STR Rebuild Initiative.
From the 1st March 2021 – 28th February 2023, new members will have the opportunity to apply and become I-PRAC approved at a 50% discounted rate, In addition all existing members will have the opportunity to renew their annual membership at the same discounted rate.
During the past 18 months I-PRAC has grown at an astronomical rate, as we provide that must needed logo of trust, and we expect the growth to continue as loyal existing members continue to support the I-PRAC mission and new members come onboard due to the amazing value I-PRAC membership provides hosts, operators and guests around the globe.
What do you receive as an approved I-PRAC member.

- An official I-PRAC membership certificate
- An I-PRAC membership profile page, with approval and business credentials displayed
- A unique I-PRAC membership ID number for use by travellers via our ID Search

Requesting and receiving your free code:
I-PRAC is offering both individuals and partners/networks the opportunity to benefit from the payment discount code. Our team will have the ability to generate individual codes that are single-use, or we can generate a single code to provide to a network of businesses as a part of a wider initiative.

Before starting your application:
Before starting your application to become I-PRAC approved through our initiative, please ensure you have the following to hand. Please note, the following details are required solely for verification purposes, are protected by I-PRAC’s ICO membership and will not be shared with any third parties:
- Valid contact information
- Passports of property owners or agency owners/managers
- Bank details
- Proof of property/properties ownership
- A recent utility bill for the property/properties in question
- Certification of incorporation (if applicable)
Applying for membership with a waive code:
From the 1st of March 2021 – 28th February 2023, prospective I-PRAC Members will have the ability to follow the below guidance to utilising their payment waive code:
- If you are a Property Owner, visit our Property Owner application page here
- If you are a Rental Agency, visit our Rental Agency application page here
- Begin the application process by registering an account with I-PRAC
- Enter and submit your payment waive code
- If the code has been submitted incorrectly, or the code is no longer valid, you will receive an error message – if this happens please contact I-PRAC for assistance
- If the code has been submitted correctly, you will receive confirmation that it has been applied, and will be able to progress through the application without payment
- Enter and submit your basic contact information and progress through the application
- Upon submitting your information, you will receive confirmation that your application has been successfully sent and that your payment has been waived
- The I-PRAC team will then be in contact with you to confirm whether your application has been successful, and whether or not you are now I-PRAC approved
